Its now in robot kingdom pre-order ($56.9) as MP25. I wonder if they will still change the MP number.

There's nothing in the Japanese text that says that the accessories are exclusive to anything. It just states them as bonus items... so, judging just from the blurb in this current image, they may be standard accessories.

Yes, I believe so.

It's not unheard of for solicitations to use 'digibashes' or color-corrected photos.
