Damaged delivery.. Opinions please!
Hi guys,
I received FT Soar yesterday from Chimungmung, packaged perfectly with corner protectors and all.. open him up for a look and do my usual 'take a moment to appreciate the work' to find scratches on the chrome wings and other places on him.
Question is, what do i do from here? I want to send it back and ask for another (already sent email asking). Is it viable to pay the cost to send him back and possibly be charged again to get a new one?
I had the same issue with Robot Kingdom when i ordered Grimlock.. but they were total asses about it and refused to do anything (and that's why i don't buy from them anymore).
Has anyone been in the same spot as me?
