G1 Barricade Project

I have completed all the figures I have wanted to collect, but I would like to do a custom G1 project.

I am thinking about turning a G1 Red Alert or G1 Prowl into Barricade from this image http://www.seibertron.com/transforme...o-guidi/23705/

I have seen a similar thing done with a G1 Jazz, but I am leaning more towards Red Alert. Just after opinions on which would work best, and does anyone have a junker Red Alert?
