    But I've heard that getting something graded can reach into hundreds & hundreds of dollars... (whereby the cost of getting it graded in the first place & its actual resale value aren't that different to one another)

    & there have been occasions where the owner has felt that their boxed figure deserved a much higher grading than it actually received (therefore having a significant impact on its future value)
