    Spielberg has executively done NOTHING in the past 4 series that have brought about clear storytelling and characterisation. I can't remember anyone lauding anything he's done for a while anyhow.
    Bay doesn't need anymore bashing, I cannot see ANYTHING changing with him involved.
    Akiva is a mixed bag - the bad is pretty rubbish though.

    The idea HAS ALWAYS been good - from the basic boy meets transformer, to the universe opening up - but the designs, storytelling, LENGTH, choice of characters, etc etc boggles the mind to think of what they're trying to achieve.
