What mistakes?
The movies made a heap of money. Why would they change anything?
The fans might whinge, but they still buy the tickets, DVDs, Blu-Ray & toys.

Same here. For all that some people say the movies 'get wrong' - and I'm certainly not saying they're perfect - they're clearly doing something right.

It's great that the producers are trying to canvass ideas through this 'writer's room'. We really could see some great ideas coming out of these sessions.

In all honesty, I think this is great news. Bring on the movies and the cash it brings in.

Yep, in box office terms it's all been a massive success and it's been great for the TF franchise as a whole bring on more!

Spielberg has executively done NOTHING in the past 4 series that have brought about clear storytelling and characterisation. I can't remember anyone lauding anything he's done for a while anyhow.
Bay doesn't need anymore bashing, I cannot see ANYTHING changing with him involved.
Akiva is a mixed bag - the bad is pretty rubbish though.

The idea HAS ALWAYS been good - from the basic boy meets transformer, to the universe opening up - but the designs, storytelling, LENGTH, choice of characters, etc etc boggles the mind to think of what they're trying to achieve.
