Just thought I would put it up here, Myer has Star Wars Slave 1 UCS in their "The Big Toy Sale" catalogue. On sale until July the 12th at $239.00, $299.00 after sale. A pretty good price compared to the e-bay pirates.

picked one up this morning due to peer-shopper pressure. I might actually return it as nobody I know wants/can afford one right now.
According to Bricking Around, someone hit one of the east coast stores and bought all 22 of them. Pure class.
I snagged one a couple of weeks ago because I noted they were on the floor earlier that week prior to the 20% off sale.
My local Myer actually has a sign that says limit of 3 per customer. Grabbed one for a friend, but the store told me they only got in 4 of them but were expecting more this week.
I'm surprised there were any left when I eventually got to Myer today. I wasn't interested in buying but I noticed only four units remaining. I noticed the 'limit of 3 per customer' signs too. But seriously, 22? That's $5,000 worth of LEGO.
Holy cheesebread Batman!!
That's some majorly speculative/mental buying, they aren't really moving on e-bay at the nutty prices they have and really aren't that rare.
Going by everyone's posts I should have got one sorted for myself todayfingers crossed I can still grab one tomorrow, too much humming and harrring from my end, plus I was in Myer yesterday and didn't see it but I only really looked at G2 Platinum Prime

DAMN!!
Eight units sold out in 20 minutes first day of sale. All AT-AT's gone too.

Saw one left earlier today at Myer Melbourne CBD.
When I bought the Detective's Office at 8:45am, 15 minutes after opening, between when I got there and left at 9am, seven DOs were sold, with a 2 per customer limit enforced on one customer (everyone else was singles).
