Where did you get yours from? I got mine from PC and it didn't appear as though either end was cut and re-taped on a quick glance.

Yeah was a PC tomy mall

I do not know about my PC one, but the one I had from Japan T mall was all sealed + bubble wrap.

mine from PC just came in with coin and 2 manuals (japanese and chinese) just like skywarp so I believe this is from Hasbro Asia and it is not double taped...good for the MISB collectors.

Hi Cam,

they are a combination of japanese and HK releases.

second round Pre Order is a mix of both, I understand most HK releases are like this

same, didn't bother me for the low price as compared to buying from t mall which cost me more as well.
