Beast Mode
His robot mode is cute, but it isn't as good as Fixit. He only features 5 points of articulation, 7 if you want to count his rotatable elbows. Unlike the 1-step toy, his jaw does not move. Like most Legion toys he isn't really poseable.
Since I don't have the 1-step toy (and never plan to), I can't really compare both toys.
Vehicle Mode
While Fixit looks like a folded robot, Underbite looks a bit less of a folded robot. His vehicle mode is a car of some type. Not too sure on what it is meant to look like, but it looks like Armada Megatron mashed with Shockwave. However he doesn't roll well due to how he was designed.

Overall
He isn't as good as Fixit and he might be one of the worse legion toys I've ever gotten, but that's saying a lot

Not really recommended, if you want it get it cheap.
