The original Smokescreen was always large chested. Ya know, on account of his chest being the entire freakin' front end of a car n' all.From a realism POV, having such a large protrusion would be quite impractical, and a liability in battle. The far more streamlined designs used in the live action films (e.g. Jazz) actually makes more sense. The fewer protrusions you have in battle, the better.
