I think on Facebook I saw that they have had some staff ill this week so they haven't been able to reply as swiftly as they would like but will be working over the weekend to catch up.

"Apologies, Premium Collectables orders team will be working on the weekend due to illness, so we are a little behind this week and apologise and ask you to check your emails on the weekend as we plan to correct the backlog over the weekend. This applies to UW-07 , Gewalt, Leader Class Titans and 4 pack Civil War Pop!"

Yes you can. Send an email enquiry to their Customer Service department. Where this falls short is with high-demand items that would sell out before they send you an invoice to add to your existing pre-order. Good luck.

No response to my second email which i was originally told June. The delays and lack of updates are disappointing.
