Sometimes PremiumCollectables aren't very good at customer service. I hope they improve. How they manage that is up to them. Otherwise they do okay. I think.

Anyhow, no fruther updaate on my Carnifex order. Still unfulfilled.
Emailed them, waiting to hear back.
Will post "feedback" on whatever situation eventuates.

My experience with PC is mixed especially when it comes to customer service.
90% of my emails go unanswered and when I did get a reply regarding my missing order from Feb this year I got a reply stating thatbut I gave them a screenshot of my orders stating that the order has not been fulfilled according to their system."This is coming up for us as sent, unfortunately if you are claiming you never received the item"
Grammar mistakes and no sense of professionalism. So it felt like they were blaming me for the missing item. However, they did offer either a refund or a store credit in which they have stopped replying when I asked for the store credit.

seems some text was missing, We welcome legitimate feedback, but it has to be honest and not bias to achieve a certain outcome.

also I noticed there was contact made last week, and we have posted several times on facebook we are behind on emails currently as we put resources into shipping out items as much as we can before xmas,
I am sure the team will sort that credit out for you shortly.

I see the person who looked into your issue, took you at your word and accepted the error was ours. I don't see any blame here

Normally don't post anything to do with transactions on a board such as this, but a member here contacted me and said I should email you guys regarding Carnifex order. Contacted a couple days ago (email from PC site) and no response so far.
It doesn't matter to me when the toy ships, just wanted to check that it will actually ship, as the FB status update said "ALL" Carnifex orders were being processed etc a while back, but no other updates since then, and lists as "unfulfilled".
If it's just a delay because of busyness, I understand and have no issue at all. But if their is an error, or it won't come till another shipment next year, it would be nice to have some idea if that is the case.
Very happy with the nice sturdy boxes that Allen and Simba were packed in, and happy overall with the service.
Order is the bottom one with arrow for Carnifex.
EDIT: an email has arrived (today)
It says the item has been "order stacked". I'm not sure what that means.
does that mean for example that the other item in the same order (yet to be released) it will not ship until that item is released, even if for example that other item does not come out till say July 2017 for example, then both items would ship then?
That order was my first ever order at PC, so I am unsure. Anyone that can help explain would be much appreciated.

Also, can any experienced customer tell me, what happens if the other item in that order (a 3P item) gets canned by the maker, or put on hiatus indefinitely, does that mean my first item never ships? There must be some sort of contingency for that, as 3P stuff gets cancelled all the time (by the makers), often after many months of no news etc.![]()
