Hey guys, just wondering, what is "pending licensor approval"? I was thinking it could be read either of two ways:

1. Mad Toys hasn't yet secured the license for Voltron
2. Mad Toys has secured the license but the toy design itself has to be approved by WEP.

Which do you guys think?

Option 1. They are in the process of acquiring the license.
