There were only a few available and looking at my order it says unavailable for repurchase so looks that way

I would suggest getting onto Amazon help and asking them about making this available to AU store:

The rationale I used is that they are already offering their Optimus Prime variant in the Global Store (https://www.amazon.com.au/Transforme...+optimus+prime)
... as well as the other PotP Leaders in the same series. Hopefully the more people inquire about it the quicker they make it available.
(Ironically I posted the initial post about it being available on Amazon AU, when there were 4 available. I didn't nab one and by the time I got around to it they were all sold out!)
