Are EB Games going out of business Motormaster Legacy Animated Voyager is $5? (Not serious, not until Masterpieces start going for $5)
Apparently a bunch of figures are $5 each changing hourly throughout the day. Other people have already noticed because they are mostly sold out. Tempted to buy five Droidekas for $5 each. Probably just get one, space is not on sale for $5.

Will post if I see anything in stock later. All the Transformers are gone seemingly, at least for delivery. Maybe your local place has Motormaster, Sideburn or the rock things.
EDIT: Oh it just ended as of 2:30 AEDST and its homewares now. I thought it was going to be new $5 figures every hour. Nevermind

Are EB Games going out of business

I mean, Gamestop has been circling the drain for a long time and video game retail in Australia is a terrible business to be your primary way of generating income. If Gamestop did pull the plug on EB Games Australia it would not surprise me.

I really hope Hasbro start offering Haslab products through someone else or do it themselves because it feels like a massive gamble every time I order from EB Games.

Also fair. But still in a vacuum, wanted to make it clear a few just-released figures going for $5 for a single hour was not actually leading me to that conclusion. It just seemed quite strange when they only really get two of any new figure on shelves so Motormaster was hardly clogging anything up. Now the Star Wars stuff going cheap, sure, that is a valid clearance, that happens every day. 9/10 I see an action figure sale at EB and Transformers is the one thing not in it.

Pulse Australia would be nice. But I would even prefer JB Hi Fi. They seem less likely to go under and they are not a massive international company that emails me about new junk they invented every now and then (that new membership is nothing and even as someone who finds circuits pretty I know those framed dissected controllers will fill landfills)
