It's not a normal release you will not find it at regular Japan online stores.

The only stores bringing it in will be from hk. Stores like robotkingdom ehobbybase chimungmung and yahobby will have it.

Hlj, amiami and hobbysearch will not have it.

HLJ don't stock Takara Tomy Mall exclusives.

Anime export may have one or so but they do not exclusively let people order one.

Full payment upfront. But they are a large seller and you can pay through Paypal so Ive used them quite a bit without any concern.
