This pic makes me feel very certain it's a retool (however heavy) of Metroplex, from the legs and feet. The previously released pics seem to have arms very much reminiscent of Metroplex. I'm guessing the torso and head will be the biggest departure.

I think that also fits in with the way we've been seeing re-tooling done with recent combiner wars toys.
