now they news didnt show all of his comments.. but what he said i thought had some merit...

basically he said that as a parent he tells his kids that that kind of behaviour is uncalled for and basically he said it should be your (the medias) responsibility to not show the event over and over sensationalising the event . it was more about setting an example to young kids that this kind of on field behaviour was wrong. not broadcast when kids can see it over and over...

Let's hope so! I'm a Knights fan, and they have a great record on old boys round (and what a bonus that this is the main Friday night game). That being said, when Souths win tonight I won't be too disappointed, they have been playing the better footy over the last month and are more likely to provide an upset...

I think the game of the round could be the Spoon battle, the other games will have players resting early or have no bearing on the standings.

It was a great night for the Knights (Pun!) and I wish the
team the best of luck against Melbourne.

Dragons vs. Panthers...well...I wanted Penrith to win...
but the Saints just had more strike power.

Should be a fair bit written about momentum going into the finals series.

Cowboys have lost all they had after JT returned, Dragons are slowly rebuilding theirs, Warriors and Knights are too inconsistent to have any, and the Tigers have (depending on tonights results) all the momentum on their side.

Should be interesting to see how the Storm, Eagles and Broncos go tomorrow, and then next week!

And on another note...The Eels finished the year with a win
and no wooden spoon...in year that has been nothing but
pain for the Eels supporters...I'll take any positive I can.

Don't forget Ben Roberts too, so Hayne can continue to hide at Fullback with all these new potential halves players.
Parramatta and Cronulla have had the best signings for next season, time will tell if they utilise them correctly.

So far the Broncos vs. Eagles game has been a tale of two halves, first half was all Broncos, but Manly have blown them out of the water so far this second half, I wonder if the home crowd can get them home, or if Manly can overcome them...

If Brisbane win, what will Bellamy do? Will he rest players?
