At first it did look stupid but I kinda get what they were trying to achieve. They were trying to fool NE into thinking their ST were running off the field and the offense was about to come back on. Lions aren't as bad as their record suggests. They should have won against the Seahawks if the ref called a penalty as he should have at the end of the game.
