The figure was released back in 2007 in Japan as an exclusive TF at the winter Wonderfest. It was limited to only 1000 pieces. Also because they were sealed in a bubble/fishbowl, the packaging becomes damage the moment you liberate it. Any that are left sealed will retain their value or possibly go up even more.
