    The figure was released back in 2007 in Japan as an exclusive TF at the winter Wonderfest. It was limited to only 1000 pieces. Also because they were sealed in a bubble/fishbowl, the packaging becomes damage the moment you liberate it. Any that are left sealed will retain their value or possibly go up even more. (I probably just up'd the value of all the remaining sealed ones.)
