I don't think it's going to light up -- unless they use some sort of holographic decal on the chest to make it look like he's computing...

Definitely a Rook retool there for Nosecone.
Lightspeed looks interesting, as does Strafe.
Likelyhood of getting this one is increasing

Given we haven't seen TF Yuki pimp the hell out of him, nor cropped shots, B&W shots and minuscule shots from ZMultiplier, it's definitely a typo!
