Unfortunately, the one I opened from PC last night has misassembled shoulders, and even worse, it only has ONE misassembled shoulder, so I can't swap them. My left shoulder is fine (left from Ramjet's perspective).

Any chance someone has two right shoulders to fix this wrong?

Why not send it back to PC and let them send you a new one?

On that note, I have requested PC to open mine before they send over

I have written them a detailed, pictorial description of the problem and asked for a remedy. But if that remedy is just a straight refund because they can't offer me a new one, I'd prefer to swap out the parts. I'm really just gathering all of the possible options.

Likely refund unless they have extras, that was what happened to my thundercracker

Ok yes that's the best you can do.

Now that PC has gotten so big they really should carry some extras or have the ability to get some more in for these QC issues.

Snap off rudder pointer but the pointer was not found in the box.

My bluestreak had some minor paint defects but I settled on getting some credit instead.

I guess is how you approach them as I didn't demand for things but just suggested if it's okay etc...

End of the day ramjet may become rare and it may be a waste to get refund.
Like you said just self fix.

Yeah, if PC can't replace it, I will order another from BBTS. While it's an extra A$60 w/shipping, at least I know they'll give it a good inspection before shipping it.

I've written up a pictorial explanation of my shoulder issue here if anyone's interested.

TakaraTomy Mall sent me a new Ramjet today! The shoulders are correct... but the small piece on the wings is still incorrect lol. Win some lose some?...

Thankfully this one has tighter joints all over and no paint scuffs. Honestly it feels like a different toy to the one i had to begin with, this one makes my Starscream feel loose now! Didn't realise how much of my sour initial impression was from the QC in the end.

Hope everyone else with problems can get fixes through their suppliers too. At least TT do seem receptive of the issue based on my experience.
