I deally, you could use some parts from Swindle, and some from hound ( ?) be cool if they had slightly different shoulders, which could add to the Junkion parts thing for some nice asymmetry going on, yet still being able to retain the transformation.

Perhaps it was deliberately done to make a 'reverse Wreck-Gar' situation, since G1 Wreck Gar is bearded in canon but beardless on the toy.

Probably not: I don't think I could get that such small detail, and from what I remember he didn't have one in the comics...so call this the IDW version if it'll help.
