Recently I pre-ordered Henkei Ratchet at the same time as I placed another order. They charged me the full amount up-front (including the pre-order). Since RK have no "Pile of Loot" system, They ship whatever is in stock & as soon as your pre-order arrives, that gets shipped on its own .
