Other than the fact that this is a Hasbro release (notice the "21steps" in the middle that Hasbro have on their Platinum releases?)

Some Hasbro Asia releases like Horse Optimus Prime or Goat Soundwave I can ignore. Black box releases like Gold Megatron are more difficult.

.....why is it bad? Other than your own personal feelings, that is.
