I've done many a google search trying to find Hi-res clean G1 brochure scans and come up with nothing, so firstly great work to even start on this

The results are outstanding. I know that image so, so well, that my eye keeps telling me something's wrong because the folds/creases I'm expecting to see just aren't there!

The only area (and this really being nitpicky) where it's not flawless is on Soundwave - the side of his alt mode looks a little warped, and on Astrotrain the same fold creates a color difference on his shuttle and train modes and a bump in the words "Triple Changers". But these are very minor things I had to search out.

If you're working on the other side (and the 1984 catalogue fingers crossed) keep them coming.

Thanks for that man. I didn't even notice the warping on Soundwave
I didn't pick up on that colour difference on Astrotrain either. But now that you pointed it out, it stands out like dog's balls lol. Those folds really make it hard to scan everything consistently

Thanks for the good words too I am planning to continue doing them all, but its slow going. I've finished the 1984-1985 catalogues and have started the '86 ones just recently. But they all (including this one) still need some more polishing.

That's cool! I might start using some of these for future Classicsverse/MP catalogues!

That is a fantastic idea! It would be cool to have such pristine catalogues (vintage and modern versions) side-by-side.
