I've organised pick ups in Richmond (mostly business hours) or Moorabbin (weekends). When you order on the website, you can select pick up at checkout and then drop them an email. I've found them very accommodating.

Have ordered from them on a couple previous occasions. All items purchased were in stock items. All items delivered soon after. No issues to date and have no hesitations on using them again.

Last Friday I purchased an in-stock Marvel Legends figure and then picked it up same day. Happy to keep purchasing for available items but still a little wary for any pre orders. First in a while I've used them.
