I didn't like TR Alpha Trion's lion mode, so when I bought one from a Kmart sale I used the head on something else.
I had a Terri-Bull head lying around which I thought looked Optimus Prime-ish, so I repainted it and the Alpha Trion body.

Funny story: I went back to work on this after a break and decided to put the titan master on to see how it was progressing. But I couldn't find it - tore the place apart looking for it, and resigned myself to buying another one.
Turns out I had put it in the titan master compartment on the back of the lion

Nice conversion/custom. I agree with Az. He looks better than official.
Any figure that comes with swords demands wrist articulation.
