How long have people waited for items to be posted after they paid lately
Its been over a week since i paid for Runabout (or was it runamuck, the black one) and no update yet

Depending on how busy they are, sometimes they mail an item and don't send you the tracking info right away. If you have an Australia Post customer account try logging into that and seeing if the tracking info is in there.

I ordered in stock Siege Jetfire on Nov 29, no updates since. Emailed a day or so ago to make sure no issues, both seeing as no update but also the figure has been completely removed from their site (as opposed to just changing to out of stock).

It's because of how they interact with DHL.
They do hand over to DHL on time, but won't send you the tracking until DHL themselves have it in a mail bag and ready for freight.
