For some unknown reason, I received in the mail from OMP today, the GEN Selects Tigertrack... which was listed as a November release, but the three items I have on pre-order for September (it is now technically October), are still not released yet.
So maybe some items have been delayed, but others have been released early?

When I asked them about Hubcap they advised that they didn't get items from Hasbro Singapore; I am guessing that however they source their items is the cause of some delays with the items like Japanese releases that have a confirmed release date.

I just got charged for movie mp Starscream yesterday so I don't want to be paying out another $200+ in the same week... as it blows out the toy budget for the week.

I hope OMP doesn't send me a payment request for a little while. My toy budget is well and truly blown for this fortnight.
I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.

Hi guys, just some heads up here:

    1) For those who need some time to make the payments, just let us know, understand alot of the items are coming together, as much as possible we can allow some leeway for the payments to be made.

    2) There have been some unexpected stock cuts for Hasbro items (Centurion Drone / Coneheads and some others), we are still pending confirmation (which is not forthcoming) so at this point, we will be refunding them first (by this weekend).

    3) Email replies have been very slow as we are frankly overwhelmed, orders have really picked up in the last few months, with a lot of the items arriving now. We want to focus our attention on shipping out the in stock items first (Strategically, it does help us clear those queries on ETAs and product availability quickly).

    4) We have been trying to get more manpower, but unfortunately, two staff whom we got earlier have both left, mainly (because we are not great paymasters and the job can sometimes be not that rewarding) but do be assured we will get it resolved one way or the other.

We are working with a lot more brands now (both TF and non-TF) and while things are looking exciting for the future, I am fully aware that all the progress should not come at the expense of customer service and experience. In the interim, however, I have to admit it has so we are looking to correct that as we go along (and as quickly as we can). Really appreciate your patience and understanding with us in the meanwhile.
