Yeah, I think that?s probably not nice to ask for a refund when an order has been placed to suppliers.
On a really hot item there might be others who would buy it, but its a risk to the merchant.

Larger stores offer that service like bigbadtoystore but that?s because of their volume and they can absorb some of the cost.
