Thanks.It was hard making Megatron look like he was grovelling. Looks more like he's doing a one handed burpee.

What should have happened was that once Megatron seized Hot Rod, he kept shooting Prime until there was no doubt he was dead and then executed Hot Rod in front of the watching Autobots who would have been demoralised. This would have galvanised the Decepticons who would have pressed the advantage and taken Autobot city.
So all Megatron needed to do was not approach Prime with so little caution and the day would have been his.
