I don't know where else to reliably ask this so I will here:

Does anyone know if Collector's Drift is good or trustworthy? I haven't seen much on the board about feedback. At least anything recent.

    Has anyone bought from them?

    Many times. Totally legit.

It's a one man show, so it can be a little clumsy if he's on holidays or something, but he's a member here too.
Which brings us to where we are today...

Legit and no crazy low unrealistic price. Bought some DNA 3p products from them.

I can't believe the guy is getting people to pursue chargebacks instead of refunding when he can't source a product.... so happy my ordeal with PC is now over...

Why is PC not providing a refund???
Why are customers expected to go through the clumsy charge back process when the retailer is the one that fails fulfill their obligation??
    This is rubbish... seriously.

Also note that this person previously had an email form the "old" PC customer service team stating that they should expect to receive MP-36 in "Late September". Not that we needed anymore evidence that those late or early month ETA's given from PC were total BS.

Well... as we've seen in this topic, there is a chance that a chargeback will be denied (depending on who is dealing with your claim, or if the time limit has expired)... and then PC keeps the money because the bank isn't chasing them up for their money back.

The argument used by PC is that they don't want people double dipping - getting a refund from PC and via charge back.
