    Agreed.

    This stuff never stops the actual people that want to access the naughty stuff. The best they can implement is either HTTP proxies or some variety of unencrypted packet sniffing. This won't affect encrypted torrents, SSH tunnels, something like TOR, or anything else that's encrypted.

    When i see crap like this, i'm reminded of the Jurassic Park quote: "life uh... finds a way". No matter what they do, there's always going to be more people, who are more dedicated, who can and will undo it. And it only ever takes one to figure it out, then anyone can do it.
