    So can someone explain the DHL price increases to me? I don't really understand what's actually going on with that.

    Just looking at the sell post Nalops has for his Volcanicus set.

    God Neptune cost me S$265 (240+25) posted.
    Volcanicus I've paid S$210, with $35 shipping. With Nalops' post in mind , I had another look at the expected postage now - does OMP seriously expect me to pay an additional S$39 without communicating the fact?

    The dhl price increases could be due to higher demand for their services

    I understand that.
    However DHL themselves even said "Rate increase of 4.9%, effective 1 January, 2021"

    Yeah I don’t understand either... I get 3 day DHL service from another SG retailer without a noticeable increase from last year...

    And OMP doesn’t use that fast service :-(

    So I received Sandstorm in January and a week later I received a second Sandstorm from them, contacted them requesting an invoice (I could sell it or keep it rather than pay to return it) no response. I get that it's their mistake but I'm happy to sort it out.

    If you wanna move on that extra one, I'd be keen to buy it.

    I've had similar things happen with other retailers before.

    It wasn't OMP, can't honestly remember who it was either. But yea I did have them reply and I ended up paying for the extra figure and offloaded to someone at cost.
