Hi, can anyone please provide me with the correct courthouse to search records in the case against this person? I was a named in damages for the case of the prosecution by the govt and do not know what happened since I am not in Austrailia and the communication from the courts stopped for months, perhaps due to Covid but I dont know. I figured I could get info from the search but have no idea which court to contact. I lost a lot of money and a looking for a verdict.

I was down as a witness so was sent the sentencing details.

Finally sentenced in February 2023:
Suspended 2.5 year imprisonment, $41k fraud to be paid via QLD State Penalties Enforcement Registry.

I don't know if that means we'll see our money or not. I doubt it.

Not sure how I feel about this. A slap on the wrist and a fine paid to the government.
