Gave Chainclaw a new head because I wanted to repurpose the first one I gave him

Painted my Titans Return Optimus Prime's eyes red.

I've put red and gold eye stickers on my MP Silver Streak and Blue Streak respectively to make them look more G1 and Diaclone accurate.

Bought myself another Steeljaw so Blaster could have two speakers and repainted it as Nightstalker

Pulled apart a junker WFC Optimus, gave him some new feet and painted him white, put him back together... and he now refuses to transform
