I ordered Siege Galaxy Optimus from Amazon US because it was relatively cheap but I got the package today and it was SS05 Optimus Prime. What do I do? First time anything like this has happened.

This happened to me today, I ordered Apeface and I got Siege Optimus. It was clearly an item from a third-party seller with an Apeface sticker/barcode on the box (either genuine mistake or something dodgy). Contact Amazon, say that you ordered this but they sent that, and ask for return and replace. They will reply that since it is from Amazon US, they cannot order a replacement and will refund you the full amount. I was allowed to keep the item.

So I got a full return and will be selling the Siege Optimus soon .

I looked around and ended up initiating a return order. Kinda want to cancel it now and try to keep Optimus but already printed the shipping label. Really wanted the Galaxy Prime too but that seemed like the only place to get it for a reasonable price.

Yeah thanks, I finally decided to pick up Barricade. I'm still not sure what to do about Thundercracker and spent too long wondering about the G2 figures, they are back up to $80 even though it looks like that special is still on.

Has anyone returned an item to Amazon using ParcelPoint? If yes, how long did it take? I dropped mine off 11th of June and it supposedly still hasn't arrived.

I have used ParcelPoint to return an item to Amazon. It took about 3-4 weeks before I got a confirmation email that the return was complete.
