The original mp wheel jack was poorly done.

The original MP was amazing in both modes with an intuitive transformation.
It looked cheap because it wasn't painted. This MP+ version looks perfect.

It was a shame that the original didn't have a coat of white paint but I don't like the livery or blue windows on this one so I'll stick with the original.

Compared to MP Prowl the previous white Autobot, Wheeljacks plastic white always looked a bit dull despite all his racing decos. I'm tempted by this version, for that reason, and also because I've always preferred Wheeljack with the vibrant red details on his chest.

I knew this was only a mater of time, the racing colours on the original MP Wheeljack were always at odds with the cartoon slavish looks we are seeing of late.
That sums up all toy collecting, there's always another new version if you are prepared to wait, but to what end.Seems like it's becoming a gamble whether to purchase the initial MP release or wait for the + version these days...
