I set my primary billling and shipping to my us, and used a vpn. Still wouldn't work, and it still had the shouldn't you be shopping at eBay.com.au banner. Even in incognito mode. Grr... had to settle for 10 percent, and then pay 10% gst. Grrr/

A lot like when someone mentions the Japan online store ... only that the store ships to a Japan residential address. Absolutely useless.
