Ectotron Ghostbusters TF exclusive at Zing & EB

Popped into the store where I preordered to ask what was up. Apparently the system says release date was yesterday, but they couldn't see any evidence that it actually exists anywhere. They tried to call head office or the magical EB fairies or whoever to get some real answers, but were on hold for about twenty minutes and said they'd call me after they get through.

Edit: supposedly they are en route to stores as we speak. So hopefully they'll be appearing over the next couple of days.

Rang the Mudgee store and they had phoned their head office today about it. Apparently the bigger capital city stores are getting their stock first, then the smaller regional stores will get theirs. So fingers crossed by early next week I finally have him!

Good timing too as last Friday I showed my son the original Ghostbusters movie for the first time

Nearly picked him up, but couldn't buy him with Afterpay.

I literally got an SMS notification to pick him up as I was getting in the car to go to the shops at lunch time today. He's so shiny.

Saw one in my local eb at St Clair and he looks sensational in the G1 style box, so much so that I nearly grabbed him even though I never really wanted him beforehand. I have had some regrets today but I am hopeful it will go to a good Ghostbuster loving home and not to a reseller...
