Heads up, After disappearing from the EB website a few weeks ago and the zing website recently. Ectotron is now showing up on there again. And what?s more, he?s apparently in stock!
Doesn?t look like any stores have any available stock though, but you can order him online for delivery.
Given my order was for in-store pick up. I guess I will wait and see if I get any messages telling me there?s an Ectotron waiting for me at my local EB

I was just trying to find him a minute ago and he wasn't turning up on either site! Stupid ghosts jacking up everyone's websites. This is why we need Ectotron.

Popped into the store where I preordered to ask what was up. Apparently the system says release date was yesterday, but they couldn't see any evidence that it actually exists anywhere. They tried to call head office or the magical EB fairies or whoever to get some real answers, but were on hold for about twenty minutes and said they'd call me after they get through.
Edit: supposedly they are en route to stores as we speak. So hopefully they'll be appearing over the next couple of days.
