Got this toy today but it came with two left door ladder panels, with one of them assembled on the right side of the truck and the right panel is missing. This makes it impossible for the panel to tab in.Otherwise the rest of this toy seems fine. Haven't had a decent play with either mode as I spent a lot of time trying to get the panel to tab in before realising that it's the wrong side panel that's been put into place.
Going to ask for a replacement part but until then I'm stuck with an SS38 that cannot fully transform into truck mode.
Update: the online dealer has offered to send me a replacement panel
Also, here are some pics:

My main criticism (albeit a small one) about this toy...
It bugs me whenever any toy doesn't have a faction logo, but with some other Studio Series figures I get that it's because the original screen model didn't have it and that they're trying to screen accurate. But in this case Optimus Prime does have Autobot logos on his shoulders, so I see no reason why they were omitted.
It's more complex than one might think, but the transformation is fairly intuitive and doable (it was just impossible for me until I realised that mine was misassembled). A more major criticism are the gaps on the rear on the vehicle. I think that making the thigh panels able to swing in and cover that gap would've helped, but I suspect that it would've blown the budget as the rest of the toy has soooo many different moving parts and panels. It's something that they would be able to do on a Leader Class figure, but given that this is a Voyager it's something that I can overlook. And there is a trade off; while it does have that gap, it does bring some new features which are absent on previous COE Optimus Prime trucks, including:
* the sleeper cabin
* a slimmer rear section of the truck which attempts to better hide the robot legs rather than just having a pair of chunky robot legs tucked up
So I think this is where much of the budget was also absorbed into - having the legs transform to try to make it look as realistic as possible.
While this isn't a flawless toy I do think it is a very good one and I would absolutely recommend it.![]()
