Default Toy Review - Cyberverse Megatron (Deluxe)

    MEGATRON
    Series - Cyberverse
    Size/class - Deluxe
    New/remould/redeco - New
    Wave - 1
    Released here - ??
    Approximate Retail Price - $35
    Approximate Size - 13cm
    Allegiance - Decepticon
    Alt-mode - Tank
    Main Features/Gimmicks - Blast effects
    Main Colours - grey, black
Main Accessories - Cannon, x2 missile pods, blast effect pieces, Maccadam's torso component

Overall thought: this is what the Warrior Class toy should have been. It's the same price point and the same age range (6+). Whereas the Warrior toy is thoroughly compromised by its gimmicks, this toy is not. I honestly find this toy be one of the better Deluxe Class Megatron toys out there, and I daresay a relatively better toy that Siege Voyager Megatron. It's a solid toy in both modes, the transformation is intuitive, and the robot mode is well articulated and balanced. I just wish that the waist were painted black. Otherwise this is a pretty good toy - certainly better than what I was expecting (whereas the Warrior figure was very much underwhelming).

Bought this iteration of Megatron today, great figure was hoping he would be taller than elite armour bumblebee - sadly he's not but the articulation is superb, the ball joints at the hips are a bit loose but I can fix that.
