    REALLY loving your work, loopy!
Damn, that's spectacular! I'd like to be able to do that, too, but living upstairs in a flat/apartment thing, using an airbrush would be tough :\

That said, what kind of clear coat do you use? the paint looks so nice and solid that I imagine it's kind of be chip resistant?

Looking forward to learnin' from ya

    Amazing Dude!!

This makes me want to try this painting thing someday.
When that time comes, I think I need to put these things in my grocery list.

And just for my sake, I list down again your procedures into 10 Steps - just like a recipe book.

    1. Pull apart
    2. Lightly sand the parts with P1200 wet sand paper
    3. Use antistatic prepsol to clean it up.
    4. Set up all the pieces for the painting
    5. Put plastic primer
    6. Followed by the underground colour which is just a solid yellow
    7. Put on the basecoat colour which has the pearl part of it in it.
    8. After all of that, put on the clear
    9. Then left it to harden up in the spray booth
    10. Then put all back together.

I can most defientaly bring him to the meet... and yeah those are scratches on the windscreen there was a little bit of overspray on the windshield and i went to clean it off with a little bit of thinners BAD IDEA melted the plastic straight way so sanded it flat to either try and polish them out to make it look original or i will have to paint all of the window parts

The clear coat is a twopack clear which is the clear added with hardner and then sprayed on, it is also the same stuff that is used on real cars so hopefully it should be pretty chip resistant. I was also little paranoid about having paint build up around the joints and clips and not being able to transform him properly but there doesnt seem to be any problems there.
