I want to make some custom storage inserts for these toys:


Since the bases are all the same diameter, I would like to find a means of cutting through the foam quickly and neatly in a circle to simplify this process, because I'll have to do it many times given how many of these I own.

Can anyone recommend a non-manual cutting method of doing this?
Preferably one compatible with a power tool such as a drill.
