Hey guys, thinking of trying my hand at making a photo comic but want to know are there any programs to use that easy insert dialogue boxes?

if you are a Microsoft freak, you can simply use MS Word or Powerpoint.
They have the Drawing toolbar that comes with these "bubble" dialog boxes..

maybe gok or others who's done most comic scenes could advise

I use Paint Shop Pro.

Mostly because i've used it for years and can't be arsed getting Photoshop.

But PSP does a semi-decent job with dialogue boxes once you get the hang of them.

I use Paint to draw the speech bubble and then Irfanview(free and easy to use) to insert the text.

that looks good n there's a windows too but i cbf finding a copy of that. Id have to ask one of my more tech savy mates. Anything -easy- to get hands on?
