Question 15cm Warpath, Brawn and Gnaw

I am seeking 15cm versions of Warpath, Brawn and Gnaw for my Transformers collection:

Does anyone know if these toys exist in this scale?

I am seeking them in their G1 modes (tank, truck, sharkticon).

the Deluxe Warpath they made in 2011, is about that height, mines in a box at the moment.
it's also one of my favourite transformers moulds. the Botcon Custom class version is 13.5cm tall, so unless you're super strict on your heights, I'd strongly recommend this figure.
I don't have a G1 gnaw but I'm pretty sure that's the biggest version of the character ever released.
Brawn has always been a minibot. there were some third party mini bot cars that were more deluxe size, I'm not sure if brawn was among them. Toyworld produced them.

There was a larger scale Brawn figure made as part of the Transformers Cloud line in 2014. Closer to 16/17cm or so. It was based on Transformers Prime First Edition Bulkhead, with a Brawn head. It's a rather odd looking figure, and other than the head, doesn't really scream Brawn. Still, it's the only official larger scale Brawn that I know of.

The 3rd Party Badcube Brawny is about 15cm. It's an older piece though so you might have to hunt around for it.

BadCube Brawny looks like the one I would have wanted.

Unfortunately, the only reliable retailer I could find who has one left has had their shipping/international selling disabled externally by HKPost.

BadCube Warpath could have also been worth investigating.

There's a Badcube Brawn up for sale in the 3P section.
