TakaraTomy have tweeted out a number of comparison images of their new release Terrorcons next to the original release of the POTP Terrorcons, to show the various differences between them.

There are design elements from the boxset that I prefer over POTP and vice versa but overall I think they're both kinda equal. Do I see correctly that the boxset is missing the pair of 'fists' for Cutthroat and Sinnertwin because they are technically not required?

There are four Seacon style hands included. Like the new Volcanicus, they use a weapon as the heel to extend two of them into feet.

They are the base moulds for the Seacons so I suppose it makes sense.

I don't think extra hands are included. Looking at the feet, Abominus uses Hun-gurr's extra purple guns as the heels as opposed to hands. The TTmall page only lists two fists in the "What ya get" section down the bottom

Oh yea, you're right. That's one way to do it. Still, seems like Takara really wanted to get as much out of the Terrorcon molds as they could.
