So we get the expected redeco of Cliffjumper as Bumble... uh, B127.
Man, Hasbro is really bad at colour matching yellows, when there is painted clear plastic (like with Earthrise Sunstreaker).

Is that a real car mode for Dino? It doesn't note anything in the text about it being officially licensed, so maybe Hasbro still has no access to the official license (which Mattel owned at the time of the DOTM Movie, so we were left with redeco toys for Dino). The robot mode reminds me of Stinger.

And another Ectotron... with some minor wear, new head and extra ghost figurine.
If it doesn't come here, being a US Target exclusive is not good (for us).
I would have preferred to see a Ghostbusters 2 deco... even if they couldn't remould the roof-pack to match.

Dino is definitely not licensed. It doesn't look much like a Ferrari 458 plus no logo. Guessing Mattel still has it, or at least not-Hasbro. Seems like Ferrari are pretty strict even about likeness.

They'll probably do Ectotron 2 for the 35th anniversary of that film. This one's promoting Ghostbusters Afterlife.

The licence to make diecast Ferrari models moved from Mattel to the May Cheong Group in 2015, so diecast Ferraris are now made by Maisto and Bburago.

However, in 2018, TakaraTOMY announced that it would be making Ferraris as part of its Tomica line of small diecast cars, which would be "produced under licence of M.C.G.: Maisto and Bburago." This phrase looks like TakaraTOMY had to negotiate with the May Cheong Group to get the rights to make Ferrari models.

I was thinking that perhaps back in 2011, the exclusive arrangement with Mattel prevented Hasbro from making a licensed Dino, and it seems to have happened again, except this time the May Cheong Group is the holder of the exclusive rights.

Most people say Earthrise Sunstreaker’s yellow photographs terribly so could be the same with B127. And it was expected but feels a pretty quick repaint.

Afterlife. Maverick. What’s the next postponed movie a TF tie in will come out early for?

in hand images of B127 and Dino, https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/11/14/...-424101#images

For Dino and the car mode not being an exact Ferrari doesn't bother me, like Blitzwing not being an F4, as when displayed it'll be in Robot mode and is very similar to its on screen form

That B127 would make a great Animated Wasp homage. I'd kind of like to see Dino done in G1 Shrapnel colours too.

Finally, a proper Dino figure! Too bad it looks like most of the car shell fold up as panels on his back /torso.

Dino and B-127 are up on Zing and EB Games websites. $45 though which seems excessive.
